| Cancellation Policy | The boat is secured with an initial 50% deposit, refundable for any reason up until 45 days before the charter. The remaining 50% of the charter price together with the average fuel consumption can be paid at the client’s convenience but must have been received before boarding. In the case of cancellation or no-show on the day of the charter, the client will lose the full amount paid. The client is also liable for any cancelation fees related to confirmed add-ons and extras. In the case of adverse weather conditions such as rain, strong winds and waves, or thunderstorms, reserves the right to cancel the charter. In each case, the captain will determine on the day whether it is safe to go ahead with the charter. If it is not possible to reschedule the charter, a full refund will be offer. |
